Earlier today I got 2 kangaroo hides from Hardtke delivered! One is "Brandy" colored and the other is "Whiskey" colored. I think the lighter is the whiskey...I've had whiskey that color.

I've started my 10th bullwhip today. this one so far has a 8 inch bolt for the handle and a cowhide core. I did this core slightly differently than the last. In the past I rolled the core around the bolt and hand it taper from there. This core is rolled around the bolt, but at one edge of the bolt if "flares out" so that part is the middle of the core hopefully makeing a more solid core.
